A total of six race meetings are scheduled to take place across the UK and Ireland on Thursday, with the action to come from Warwick, Clonmel, Bellewstown, Salisbury, Lingfield and Chelmsford.

Warwick's seven-race jumps card will get the day up and running from 13:00-16:20, with the Handicap Hurdle from the venue at 15:45 set to benefit from Betfred's 'Extra Place' promotion.

The first of the afternoon's Irish racing action will come from Clonmel between 13:10-16:35, with Betfred's 'Extra Place' offer once again being available for the Handicap Hurdles at 14:15, 14:50 and 16:00.

That 'Extra Place' promotion will also feature prominently in the second of the Irish meetings at Bellewstown from 13:25-17:20, as six of the eight races on the card there will benefit from the offer.

One of those races will be the Handicap at 15:05, which is being run in the memory of trainer Barney Curley, who helped develop the careers of jockeys such as Frankie Dettori and Jamie Spencer, both of whom will be competing in the race aboard Trueba (11/4 to win race) and Tipperary Moon (15/2) respectively.

There will also be afternoon racing from Salisbury, with the Wiltshire track set to showcase seven races between 13:50-17:12, with the finale being another to benefit from Betfred's 'Extra Place' promotion.

Lingfield's eight-race card on the all-weather will then round off the afternoon's action from 14:10-18:10, while the sole evening offering will come on the Polytrack at Chelmsford from 16:55-20:30.

All eight races on the card at Chelmsford will benefit from Betfred's 'Neck Or Less' promotion, including the Kingswood Group Handicap at 19:00, where the William Haggas-trained Maajdah (11/8 to win race) looks to be a leading contender following her maiden success on her all-weather bow at Wolverhampton last week.
