There are five meetings for UK and Irish racing fans to look forward to on Sunday, with cards at Carlisle, Lingfield, Naas, Cork and Huntingdon.

Carlisle hosts eight races from 11:50 to 15:40 and Betfred are offering their Free Bet if 2nd in the 12:50 where Dreams Of Hope is 3/1 to make it four wins from as many career outings, having won a point-to-point and three novice hurdles.

Onto Lingfield, where they hold seven races between 12:10 and 15:35. Betfred are offering the Free Bet if 2nd again on the 13:55 but the focus here is on their Extra Place Race promotion on both the opener and the second race at 12:45.

Shaw's Cross is the sole course winner in the field at 12:10 and is 7/1 for Paul Henderson but Nigel Twiston-Davies' Noble Savage is 9/2 and could benefit from a drop back in trip.

Then at 12:45, 7/1 Bobmahley may carry some value after showing steady progress over fences so far in his career.

Onto the Irish action and Naas's eight races run from 12:30 to 16:15 and Betfred go big here, with offers on six of the contests in County Kildare.

In the closer, 5/1 Loingseoir has to be a candidate having been a good winner at the Curragh on his last start.

A couple of hours south at Cork, they hold seven races, going from 12:40 to 16:05. This time there are two Extra Place Race offers, as well as the Free Bet if 2nd.

In that Mares Maiden Hurdle at 13:15, Jeremys Jewel could take some beating at 5/4 after backing up a couple of bumper wins with a strong second at Fairyhouse earlier this month.

Finally, to Huntingdon where they host six races running from 13:05 to 15:55. This time the 14:15 carries the Free Bet if 2nd. Puffin Bay and Trapista share 4/1 favouritism, with the latter's connections hoping he can strike on his debut for new trainer Jonjo O'Neill.

Whenever you bet on Racing, Betfred.
