There are four UK meetings taking place on Wednesday 2nd March as they race at Wincanton, Musselburgh, Lingfield and Kempton.

First up is a trip to Surrey for Lingfield's eight-race card, which goes from 12:30 until 16:25, and Betfred's 'Free Bet if 2nd' promotion is available to utilise in the Classified Stakes at 13:00.

Carmela Soprano, who has Cieren Fallon booked in for the ride, is the only last-time-out winner in the field and is 3/1 to follow that up with another success, although stiff competition is expected from Harbour Project (3/1) and Jeremiah Johnson (3/1).

We head north of the border into Scotland next for a six-race offering at Musselburgh, the action going from 13:45 until 16:35, and the 14:55 has the added bonus of being Betfred's 'Super Extra Place Race'.

A total of four places are being paid out at a fifth of the odds and the Brian Ellison-trained Leeswood Lily, aiming for a hat-trick of wins, could be hard to beat at odds of 10/3, although Cancan (10/3) will be hoping to have a say on matters.

The penultimate meeting of the day comes from Wincanton, a seven-race card that goes from 13:55 until 17:20, and there is an extra place to take advantage of in the 16:50, which Smoking Pigeon is 10/3 to win.

Last, but by no means least, the action is brought to a close with Kempton's eight-race offering (17:00-20:30) and there are two races covered by Betfred promotions.
