2 dead, 21 injured in Oslo.

The King of Norway responded to an Islamic terrorist shooting up a gay bar in Oslo, killing 2 and injuring 21 people, by praising his country's respect for "diversity."
The attack occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning on the day Oslo celebrated LGBT pride month and was carried out by a "Norwegian citizen of Iranian Kurdish origin" who arrived in Norway as a child migrant.
"Eyewitnesses said the suspect took out a gun from his bag and started shooting indiscriminately at the London Pub, a well known LGBT-friendly venue in the center of Oslo," reports Remix News.
"Some in the vicinity managed to flee, while between 80 and 100 people barricaded themselves in the basement of the venue and called loved ones as the gunman continued his rampage."
The terrorist targeted two other venues before he was apprehended by authorities. Two weapons were seized by police, including an automatic firearm.
Despite Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere acknowledging, "Everything indicates that this has been an attack by an Islamist extremist," he refused to acknowledge whether "the queer community was the intended target."
Norway's PST intelligence service were aware of the gunman's radicalization and his link to "an Islamist extremist network" before the attack.
Despite the attack suggesting that diversity might not be a strength, King Harald V of Norway hailed the concept in his response to the outrage.
"We must stand together to defend our values: Freedom, diversity, and respect for each other. We must continue to stand up for all people to feel safe," he said.
As we previously highlighted, a peer reviewed study by Danish academics found that ethnic diversity has a negative impact on communities because it erodes trust.
Seeking to answer whether "continued immigration and corresponding growing ethnic diversity" was having a positive impact on community cohesion, the study found the opposite to be the case.
