CDA & Clearing Limited (CDSC) has Reported the Data of the Public IPO Collection of Khaptad Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KHLBSL). As we understand Khaptad Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been issuing its 132000 unit IPO Shares to the general public from 8th Bhadra and will conclude on 12th Bhadra 2079.
Prabhu Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager, an Agreement has been reached between the microfinance company and Prabhu Capital in this Regard. One can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 1320 Shares.
If fully subscribed the public issue will close on Bhadra 12, 2079 BS. However, if it remains under Subscribed until that period, the deadline for application will extend until Bhadra 22, 2079 BS.
