Using the Betfred Goals Galore Coupon, we have picked out five games where Both Teams to Score look like a distinct possibility and this fivefold would pay out at 10/1…
Arsenal vs Spurs
Fulham vs Newcastle
Bristol City vs QPR
Ipswich Town vs Portsmouth
Wycombe Wanderers vs Plymouth Argyle
Our first selection comes from the early kick-off which could of course sink this coupon before it has really got going. We have all seen how good Arsenal have been so far in the 2022/23 season and they've been on the front foot more often than not. The only game they've failed to score twice in was at Old Trafford where they dominated for large swathes of the game. I like them to score at home and when would I ever bet against Spurs to score? They also like a goal and with Son blasting that second-half hat-trick against Leicester last time out, his combination with Harry Kane can really get going once more.
In the 3PMs we start at Craven Cottage where a slightly disappointing Newcastle roll into town. Eddie Howe has been without Callum Wilson, Allan Saint-Maximin and Bruno Guimaraes for the past few games but all three could feature on Saturday. That would be a huge boost and would firmly push towards scoring more likely than not. As for the home side, they have scored in every league game bar at Wolves in GW2. They have also found the back of the net multiple times in every Premier League game in front of their own fans.
Football Betting Odds
We take in one game from the Championship where free-scoring Bristol City welcome in QPR. Just like Fulham above, they have scored multiple times in every home league game so far this campaign. They have also conceded 16 in ten league games, which is second to only Hull's 21. City games sure are entertaining. QPR themselves have slowed down somewhat after a fast start in front of goal and have failed to score in two of their past three but when taking into account the home sides dismal defence, I like Michael Beale's side to be part of another high scoring game at Ashton Gate.
Down in League 1 we have the early-season promotion clash between Ipswich and Portsmouth. The home side have scored in every single league game and the away side haven't blanked since a goalless draw at home to Lincoln on the 6th August.I see no reason for those stats to change on Saturday afternoon.
Wycombe might not be prolific in front of goal but like Pompey, they have found the net in every league game since the 6th August. They even scored on the road at Derby and Sheffield Wednesday in defeats in their past two League 1 outings. Plymouth are coming in top of the table with 18 goals to their name but they've also let in 12. I like both sets of fans to be cheering at various points throughout the afternoon.
