The 36-year-old might be advancing in years but he continues to be a serious threat in both the air and with the ball on the deck.
Four goals in eight league appearances sees Giroud as the joint-leading goalscorer at Milan this season and it would be no surprise to see the Frenchman pop up with another goal for his Stamford Bridge collection on Wednesday night.
