England need to keep winning, after their last two matches were affected by rain. They face New Zealand at 8am on Tuesday morning and we have a full match preview for you, as well as two suggested bets.
England vs New Zealand T20 Tips
It's squeaky bum time for Matthew Mott and his England side. After a regulation win over Afghanistan, the rain has ruined the rest of their Super 12 campaign, denying them cruelly on DLS, just five runs short against Ireland, before a complete washout against hosts Australia.
They simply have to win their final two Group A games against New Zealand and Sri Lanka, to have any hope of qualification. Lose this one at The Gabba and they're toast. One thing they do have in their favour is a positive net run rate, something Ireland, Sri Lanka and Australia currently don't possess.
New Zealand, on the other hand, have breezed to the top of the group, with two impressive wins and a washout. First up, they marmalised Australia by 87 runs and then beat Sri Lanka by 65 runs. Sandwiched in between was a no result against Afghanistan, due to the heavy Melbourne rain.
Win here and New Zealand will not only top the group heading into the semis, but will send England packing - one of the pre tournament favourites.
Predicted team news:

Cricket Betting Odds
England to win - 8/15
Jos Buttler and his side are in a bit of a hole right now. Some of their own making and some due to the weather gods. However, they not only have the talent to climb out of it, they have the belief.
The loss against Ireland was their first loss in five games and their fourth loss in the last 11, so they are in pretty good nick. The Black Caps have been superb in this tournament so far, but England tends to have the edge in the games between the two. They lead 13-8 in T20's over the years and have won six of their last nine head-to-heads.
Dawid Malan top England runscorer - 10/3
I backed Malan for top tournament runscorer pre tournament but it's not quite worked out yet. He scored 18 against the Afghanis, before top scoring with 35 against Ireland. The 35-year-old has looked in exceptional nick of late though, showing the sort of form that took him to #1 in the world in this format, just a couple of years ago.
His 82* against Australia in a pre tournament warm up match, showed just how good Malan is. He can milk the ball around the field and often knits the team together when the big hitters don't fire.
