We have already reached matchday three of the Champions League group stage and there could be a goal-fest at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday evening, as Manchester City play host to FC Copenhagen in Group G with BTTS and a City win tempting at 2/1.
We have had an in-depth look at this European encounter and provided two tips for the encounter...
Manchester City vs FC Copenhagen Tips
City to win and both teams to score - 2/1
Phil Foden to score anytime - 5/4
City have been near perfect so far this season and they are yet to taste defeat (excluding Community Shield), winning eight and drawing two of their 10 matches across all competitions.
The Citizens warmed up for this assignment with a 6-3 thumping of rivals Manchester United on Sunday, a result that extended their winning streak to four matches, and it is hard to see them slipping up against Copenhagen.
Pep Guardiola's side are unbeaten in their previous 14 competitive outings at the Etihad Stadium and they have strung together 10 straight wins on home soil - scoring an incredible 42 goals across those victories.
Wednesday's visitors Copenhagen have lost their last four away matches, conceding 10 times during this barren run, while they were thumped 3-0 by Borussia Dortmund in Germany in their opening group game.
It is no surprise to see City the massive 1/20 favourites to make it a perfect three wins from three in Europe this season, while the draw is priced at 16/1 and Copenhagen are the 40/1 outsiders to cause a big upset.
Team news:
City defender John Stones remains sidelined with a hamstring issue that kept him out of Sunday's derby victory, while Kyle Walker was forced off with a lower leg injury in that match and is doubtful for the visit of Copenhagen.
Rodri was also missing last time out and he is unlikely to be risked if not fully fit, while Kalvin Phillips is still recovering from a shoulder injury and will be unavailable once again.
As for Copenhagen, they are without Akinkunmi Amoo after a knee injury ruled him out for the rest of the season, while Mamoudou Karamoko is set to miss the whole of October with an unspecified issue.
Football Betting Odds
Man City to win and both teams to score - 2/1
I've tried to find some value in the markets with City being such big favourites and the first tip is for City to win and both teams to score, which is priced up at a tempting 2/1. The Citizens have plundered a division-high 29 goals in the Premier League this season - nine more than closest rivals Arsenal - while they have found the back of the net six times in Europe.
There are certainly no worries about Guardiola's side in the final third, but they haven't been rock-solid at the back this season and their defence has been breached nine times in the league and they have kept just two clean sheets from their last six top-flight games.
Dortmund also scored against them in the Champions League and that will at least give Copenhagen some belief they can grab a consolation goal at the Etihad.
The Danish visitors may be on a four-game losing streak away from home, but they have managed to score in three of those defeats and I think there is a chance they could take at least one opportunity to ensure this tip lands.
Phil Foden to score anytime - 5/4
Norway international Erling Haaland has rightly been taking the plaudits this season, as he incredibly scored his third Premier League hat-trick from just eight games on Sunday.
The 22-year-old has 14 league goals already and he has also been ripping it up in Europe, with his record of 26 goals in 21 Champions League appearances meaning he nets on average every 62 minutes.
Unfortunately, there is no value in backing Haaland to score anytime at 2/9 and that is why my focus has instead turned to Phil Foden, who took his league tally to five goals by also bagging a hat-trick in the United victory.
The England international has started the season in fine form and he also scored in the 4-0 win in Sevilla in matchday one. His game has gone to another level this term and the 5/4 on Foden to score anytime therefore looks appealing.
