Supporting England in tournament football is probably not good for your health but once more they've made their way to the knockout stage relatively unscathed. Harry Kane's lack of goals is certainly a concern but the Spurs striker has been helping create chances and already has three assists to his name. This will be the fourth game of the Round of 16 and the fourth time we've had a favourite who is odds-on when the market opened.
