If you had Morocco winning Group F above the likes of Croatia and Belgium then more props to you. I'm not sure many did but Walid Regragui's side have looked more than decent and thoroughly deserved to come away with seven points. What they probably can't believe is that had they finished second, they would've faced Japan rather than Spain. These two groups were full of surprises.

Spain started their World Cup campaign with a 7-0 drumming of Costa Rica that sounded the beat that they were real contenders. The 1-1 draw with Germany was ok considering but going down to a hard-working Japan side caught everyone off guard. Did Luis Enrique's men just take their eye off the ball or do we have a blueprint for overwhelming them defensively?

Morocco are expected to be unchanged whilst Spain are likely to bring back Ferran Torres and Jordi Alba who were rested for the game with Japan.

In the Match Result market we find Spain as the odds-on favourite to win the game in regulation. They are currently trading at 3/5 to go through without needing to play extra time. You can back the draw at 11/4 with Morocco a 11/2 shot.

World Cup Betting Odds

When it comes to one of our most popular markets - the Correct Score - the 0-1 win for Spain is the shortest price at 9/2 with 11/2 for a 0-2 win for Enrique's men. If you think this will be a low score-draw then the traders think it's a distinct possibility having priced up the 1-1 at 13/2. The goalless draw is 15/2. The most likely winning scoreline for Morocco is 12/1.

Looking at those odds we'd expect to see BTTS at odds against and we'd be right. 6/5 for Both Teams to Score with the Over 2.5 Goals the same price. This could be a very defensive game and we all know how good Morocco have been at the back. The only time they've conceded so far in Qatar was an own goal against Canada. I think the lower scoring results are much more likely in what could well be a slow and tactical slog.

I'm not so sure they'll be a mountain of goals but Alvaro Morata has been in excellent form in front of goal. He's 6/4 to score anytime and will be a vert popular bet I'm sure.
