Saturday's football is dominated by the fourth round of the FA, while there are also a sprinkling of Championship games set to take place. Here are four selections we have previewed across the two competitions.
Saturday's Football Acca Tips:
Burnley to beat Ipswich (90 minutes) @ 11/10
Southampton to beat Blackpool (90 minutes) @ 4/9
Blackburn to beat Birmingham (90 minutes) @ 5/4
Hull and QPR to draw in the Championship @ 11/5
ACCA PAYS - 21/1
Burnley to beat Ipswich (90 minutes) @ 11/10
Both these teams have been hugely impressive in their respective divisions and are on course to challenge for promotion.
The Clarets have been magnificent under Vincent Kompany and are now 18 points clear of third place in the Championship. It is such a huge gap that the Belgian doesn't need to rest his first-choice players.
They are on a run of nine wins in ten across all competitions, including a 4-2 dismantling of Bournemouth in the third round of the FA Cup.
Ipswich are third in the Championship and a tough team to beat. They thumped Morecambe 4-0 on Tuesday and should come into this full of confidence. However, Burnley are looking unstoppable right now and should have too much class.
Southampton to beat Blackpool (90 minutes) @ 4/9
The cup competitions have offered some respite to Nathan Jones of late, and now they face another tie with Championship Blackpool, the visitors.
A 2-1 win at Crystal Palace in the third round kickstarted a three-game winning streak across all competitions for The Saints, and they come into this on the back of a 1-0 loss to Newcastle in the first leg of the League Cup semi-final.
They are looking better under Jones and will fancy their chances against struggling Blackpool, who are set to have Mick McCarthy in the dugout for the first time.
Staying in the Championship is his remit, and, as such, the FA Cup will be low on the list of priorities. Therefore, he may decide to change his team up for this encounter.
Blackburn to beat Birmingham (90 minutes) @ 5/4
Blackburn's form has recently dipped though they are still in the mix for a Championship play-off spot.
The Riversiders have generally had an excellent home record this season and have won seven of their last nine league games at Ewood Park.
The Blues, meanwhile, are in a real rut, having lost each of their last five in the Championship.
John Eustace's side have advanced to the fifth round only once since 2012 and, like Blackpool above, are focused on staying up, so they may rotate their squad for this game.
Hull and QPR to draw in the Championship @ 11/5
Both Hull and QPR arrive into this game in poor form, and as such, this could be a cagey affair at the MKM Stadium.
The Tigers have failed to win any of their last seven games on their own patch and currently sit 15th in the table, possessing the second-worst defence behind bottom club Wigan.
However, Neil Critchley is struggling to impose himself on his QPR squad, with the R's not winning any of their previous five games, though four of those have been draws.
