There's some reluctance from me to back Preston outright for this tie as they're so inconsistent, particularly at Deepdale.
Ryan Lowe's side drew five of their opening six games this season 0-0, and the Lilywhites sit 11th in the Championship table but remain well in the mix for a play-off position - that's despite a recent inability to put together a winning run.
However, I'm also reluctant to back Spurs in this one, as the question is which Spurs will turn up?
Antonio Conte's side aren't in a great place at the moment having lost to bitter rivals Arsenal at home and following that up by blowing a two-goal lead away at Manchester City only to lose 4-2. The edged past Fulham last time out, thanks to a sublime strike from Harry Kane.
Basically, I don't like the showings of either side on a consistent basis to back them outright, so I'm backing Preston/Draw double chance.

It's hard to look elsewhere for goals in this game.
The England captain scored against Fulham last time out, as well as in Spurs' third-round clash with Portsmouth, which now brings him level with Tottenham's all-time top goalscorer Jimmy Greaves on 266 strikes.
Kane will have the record in his sights at Deepdale, as the eight-time FA Cup champions aim to end a fifth-round hoodoo that has bedevilled them in recent seasons.
Total Goals - Under 2.5 Goals (90 mins)
Spurs' last three wins have all been to nil and two of them have been by one goal, so I can see a low-scoring affair taking place at Deepdale.
Meanwhile, Preston have only scored 26 goals in 28 games in the Championship - only Cardiff City and Huddersfield have scored fewer.
