The Premier League continues this weekend with a whopping seven games on Saturday. We have previewed the early kick off from the London Stadium and provided you with our best bets for the occasion.
West Ham vs Chelsea Tips
- Under 2.5 goals - 4/6
- Joao Felix 2+ shots on target - 7/4
This London Derby looks like being a war of attrition, as both teams enter this one in abject form.
West Ham (12/5) have won just one of their last nine Premier League matches, yet have started to put a few more positive results together.
That win against Everton was followed by a creditable 1-1 draw against high-flying Newcastle United, where the Hammers became the first team to put a goal past the Magpies since November.
Chelsea (5/4) sit down in 9th in the league after just two wins in their last 12 top flight match-ups but again, are improving with three matches unbeaten, including two straight 0-0 draws.
Graham Potter is under huge pressure after the Blues once again splashed the cash in the January transfer window, with total spending under Todd Boehly reaching c£600m.
Team news:
David Moyes is still missing strikers Maxwel Cornet and Gianluca Scamacca, as well as Kurt Zouma and Alphonse Areola. Thilo Kehrer came off injured at half time against Newcastle and will need to be assessed.
Graham Potter still has an extensive injury list with Eduard Mendy, N'golo Kante, Christian Pulisic and Armando Broja all confirmed as out. There are also doubts over Mateo Kovacic, Wesley Fofana and Denis Zakaria.
Loan signing Joao Felix is available for selection again, after serving his three match suspension.
Latest West Ham vs Chelsea Betfred Odds
Under 2.5 goals - 4/6
Potter seems to have realised that his Chelsea side are struggling to score goals (the lowest in the top half) and therefore the only way they're going to pick up points is to improve on the defensive end.
Two consecutive 0-0 draw's have been testament to the work that the Blues are putting in on the training ground and I think this will be another low scoring affair.
Unders has also landed in West Ham's last three games so all things considered it looks a value bet here.
Joao Felix 2+ shots on target - 7/4
The Portuguese enigma certainly had a debut to remember, after his loan move from Atletico Madrid.
In 58 minutes he rained down six shots on the Fulham goal, with four of those hitting the target, before being sent from the field of play.
The 23-year-old averaged almost 3 shots per game for the Portuguese national side at the World Cup, so providing he spends some time on the grass, he will create shooting opportunities.
