Toronto Raptors @ Washington Wizards - Wizards on the Money Line @ EVS
The Toronto Raptors visit the Washington Wizards for two consecutive games starting in the early hours of Friday morning in a matchup of teams that occupy the final two Eastern Conference play-in spots.
The ninth-placed Raptors take a one-game lead over the 10th-place Wizards heading into the game after their victory over the Bulls, while Washington earned a 119-116 road win over the eighth-place Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday, led by a season-best 37 points from Bradley Beal.
I fancy the Wizards to take this one, mainly due to them being in front of their own fans.
San Antonio Spurs @ Indiana Pacers - Over 238.5 Points Scored @ 10/11
The postseason has started early for the Indiana Pacers, who are bringing a sense of urgency into their final 19 games of the regular season.
Time is of the essence for Indiana, which sits two games out of 10th place and a spot in the Eastern Conference play-in tournament. The Pacers recorded their second straight win on Tuesday with an impressive 124-122 victory over the Dallas Mavericks.
Meanwhile, the Spurs snapped a 16-game losing streak with their 102-94 win over the Utah Jazz.
My tip for this match is backing the over in the total points market. The Spurs are allowing 122.4 points per game, which is the worst in the entire league, while the Pacers are 23rd in the NBA for points allowed, giving up 117.5 points per game.
Los Angeles Clippers @ Golden State Warriors - Warriors on the Money Line @ 5/4
Two teams heading in the opposite direction clash as the Golden State Warriors host the LA Clippers.
Three straight Clippers losses and three consecutive Warriors wins have put the clubs in a virtual tie for fifth place in the Western Conference, making this clash all the more important.
Steph Curry remains absent for the Dubs, but Klay Thompson has taken up the 3-point shooting slack in Curry's absence. The veteran has moved up to No. 2 in the NBA in threes, trailing only Buddy Hield, while hitting 55 at a 47-percent clip during those nine games.
Thompson's 23 points and Jordan Poole's game-high 29 gave the Warriors a 123-105 home win over the Portland Trail Blazers, and they eye their fourth consecutive win here.
I'm taking Golden State on the money line for this one.
