The Premier League continues in midweek, with a south coast derby between AFC Bournemouth and Brighton and Hove Albion. We've provided a preview, as well as a couple of suggested best bets.
Bournemouth vs Brighton Tips
- Brighton to win and Both teams to score - 23/10
- Evan Ferguson to score first - 7/2
Bournemouth (5/1) come into this one in a pretty good place - their win over Fulham was their third victory in six games and moved them out of the bottom three.
Their goal difference is atrocious though, so they will need to keep picking up points as that could be crucial, come the final reckoning.
Next up, is a high flying Brighton (8/15) side, that sit in the European places and are unbeaten in four.
Roberto De Zerbi's men have lost just once in the last ten and his Seagulls side have flourished, whilst former Brighton manager Graham Potter was shown the door at Chelsea this week.
Albion took part in a hugely entertaining 3-3 draw against Brentford at the weekend and they possess some serious firepower up front.
Team news:
Gary O'Neil is still without the injured Ryan Fredericks and Junior Stanislas. He may be tempted to switch out his wingers for the incoming Ryan Christie and Marcus Tavernier.
Jakub Moder and Adam Lallana are unavailable for De Zerbi, while there are also doubts over Tariq Lamptey and Evan Ferguson.
Latest Bournemouth vs Brighton Betfred Odds
Brighton to win and Both teams to score - 23/10
Brighton are in superb form at the moment and should win this one fairly comfortably.
Their defence hasn't been as tight as De Zerbi would like, however, and I think The Cherries can at least get on the scoresheet here.
Evan Ferguson to score first - 7/2
The Irish youngster has been an absolute revelation, since breaking into the first team this season, scoring seven goals in ten starts in all competitions.
The 18-year-old also scored his first Republic goal over the recent international break and you get the feeling this is just the start of something special.
Betfred are running their famed Double Delight/ Hat-trick Heaven Promotion on this match, meaning should Ferguson score first and then go on to score a second, you will be paid at double the odds (7/1). Should he score a 3rd, you would be paid at triple the odds (21/2).
