Fulham play host to Leeds United in the early kickoff on Saturday (12:30), hoping to consolidate their place in the top half of the Premier League table, while the visitors will be looking to pull away from the relegation zone. We've previewed this game and provided you with some suggested best bets for the occasion.
Fulham vs Leeds Tips
- Over 2.5 goals @ 5/6
- Fulham to win @ 13/10
Fulham (13/10) ended a run of five successive defeat in all competitions - including four in the Premier League - when they secured a 3-1 win over Everton last weekend.
Marco Silva will have European aspirations for his side, as they currently sit 10th in the Premier League table and seven points behind seventh-placed Brighton & Hove Albion, who have a game in hand. Regardless of securing European football for next season or not, a top-10 finish would still be highly respectable for last season's Championship title winners.
The Cottagers will be seeking to do the double over Leeds ahead of a tricky run of fixtures against in-form Aston Villa, Manchester City and Liverpool.
Leeds (2/1), on the other hand, come into this game fresh off the back of a 6-1 pasting at the hands of Liverpool - that defeat came eight days after suffering a humbling 5-1 home defeat to Crystal Palace.
The race to beat the drop is well and truly on for Javi Gracia's men, however, success on the road could prove challenging this weekend having only picked up nine of their 29 points this season away from home.
Team News
Fulham striker and top scorer Aleksandar Mitrovic will serve the fourth of his eight-game suspension this weekend and will not be available for selection until May 13.
The Cottagers are also without injured duo Neeskens Kebano and Layvin Kurzawa, while Daniel James – on loan from Leeds – is ineligible to face his parent club.
As for Leeds, Tyler Adams and Stuart Dallas both remain on the treatment table, while injury-prone striker Patrick Bamford sustained a calf issue in the defeat to Liverpool and is a doubt for Saturday.

Over 2.5 goals @ 5/6
Goals are usually on the agenda when either of these sides are involved.
Marco Silva's men have been an entertaining outfit all season, and that is evidenced by the fact that a sizeable 20 of their 30 league games this season have produced three or more goals.
Fulham's knack for being involved in goal-heavy games can be attributed to them scoring in 23 of their overall 30 league games so far, while failing to keep the back door shut in 22 of their contests.
It's a similar story for a Leeds United side that carry plenty of attacking threat but haven't managed to tighten up at the back under the guidance of Javi Gracia.
Following heavy back-to-back losses at the hands of Crystal Palace and Liverpool in recent weeks, the Yorkshire outfit now hold the title of the leakiest defence in the the division, so I can see plenty of goals on offer here.
Fulham to win @ 13/10
Leeds are in dreadful form, losing 4-1, 5-1 and 6-1 in three of their past four matches, so I think backing Fulham to win is the way to go here.
The Cottagers won the recent FA Cup meeting between the sides on February 28, winning comfortably by two goals to nil, so I'm backing the same outcome this weekend.
