Racing on Sunday in the UK comes in the form of two jumps cards, from Plumpton and Stratford, with a total of 15 races on the schedule.
Our fancies include a horse from Oliver Greenall and Josh Guerriero's yard who is going back over hurdles. He had a good record over these obstacles and can show his class again on this switch to hurdling.
Selections
- Stratford 14:45 - Post No Bills @ 11/4
- Plumpton 15:00 - Abingworth @ 7/2
- Stratford 15:15 - The Questioner @ 2/1
Tip 1
Two-time points winner POST NO BILLS (11/4) has finished second on four of his last five starts, including last time out in a handicap chase at Sedgefield over 2m5f.
He has not appeared since September, but if he returns in the same kind of form, he will have a great chance of going one place better this time.
Ryan Porter's runner will appreciate the better ground at Stratford. He regularly appeared on good ground last summer over hurdles and fences. This will be just his fifth outing as a chaser and he remains open to improvement over these obstacles.
The eight-year-old gelding features on the Betfred Betfinder this afternoon as one of the most Napped selections. This looks like a good opportunity for him to score for the first time under Rules, so it is easy to see why he is fancied on that list.

Tip 2
ABINGWORTH (7/2) prevailed over this C&D earlier this month to break his maiden over hurdles. He was given a patient ride in that race and his run to the front of the field was well timed in that handicap hurdle.
It has been another excellent season for Gary Moore. His runners continue to be in good form, and he does particularly well at this racecourse. His hurdler has been put up 4lb by the handicapper and that gives him a good chance of successfully following up.
Rider Caoilin Quinn will claim 5lb off this horse's back on this occasion, which is 2lb less than when the pair tasted success. The five-year-old hurdler is the joint-youngest horse in the field, so he remains open to the biggest improvement.

Tip 3
After scoring at Doncaster on his chase debut back in January, it looked as though the future was going to be bright for THE QUESTIONER (2/1) over fences. However, he followed that up with two disappointing performances, particularly at Sedgefield last time out where he jumped poorly.
Connections of this horse have opted to return to hurdles for now. His last success over these obstacles was at Ascot over the extended 3m trip last November. He won going away from his rivals in that race.
This latest mark of 99 is only 2lb higher than when he prevailed at Doncaster earlier this year. Conditions should be just right for him at Stratford, so expect to see him bounce back to his best.
