The Premier League continues on Tuesday, with a mid-table clash between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Crystal Palace at Molineux. We've provided a full preview, as well as a couple of our best bets for your perusal.
Wolves vs Crystal Palace Tips
- Match result - Draw - 11/5
- Ruben Neves and Cheick Doucoure to be carded - 5/1
Wolves (5/4) had a disappointing 2-1 loss against relegation threatened Leicester, which means that impressive wins over Chelsea and Brentford are not yet enough to guarantee safety and they must continue to pick up points.
They sit in 14th spot but just six points above the relegation zone and face another tough looking test at home against Crystal Palace (23/10).
Roy Hodgson has worked wonders since taking over at Palace, unbeaten in four with a return of 10 points, after wins over Leicester, Leeds and Southampton.
Another valuable point was gained on Saturday, against an obdurate Everton outfit and the Eagles are safely sat in 12th, nine points above 18th spot.
Whether the 75-year-old will stay on next season remains to be seen but he has certainly enhanced his legendary status at Selhurst in the last month.
Team news:
Wolves are without the injured pair of Sasa Kalajdzic and Chiquinho and will carry out late assessments on Boubacar Traore and Mario Lemina.
Roy Hodgson is still unable to call upon the services of Wilfried Zaha, Nathaniel Clyne and Nathan Ferguson and could be tempted to name the same starting line up as against Everton.
Latest Wolves vs Crystal Palace Betfred Odds
Match result - Draw - 11/5
With both sides in relative safety in mid-table, there may be a temptation between Julen Lopetegui and Hodgson to settle for a point apiece.
Wolves have been strong at home since the Spaniard came to the club and Palace look a different team under the veteran manager.
The draw looks an attractive proposition at 11/5.
Ruben Neves and Cheick Doucoure to be carded - 5/1
Two combative midfielders line up against each other in the centre of the park, as Ruben Neves and Cheick Doucoure do battle.
The pair have 18 yellow cards between them and with safety not yet confirmed, they won't be shy with the tackle count.
I'm taking both to find themselves in the referee's book at 5/1.
