Liverpool and Brentford lock horns on Saturday (17:30) as the Reds welcome the Bees to Anfield. We've previewed the game and provided you with some suggested best bets for the occasion.
Liverpool vs Brentford Tips
- Liverpool total goals - over 2.5 @ 11/8
- Mohamed Salah to score anytime @ EVS
Liverpool (4/9) come into this game fresh off the back of a 1-0 victory over Fulham on Wednesday night, courtesy of a penalty from Mohamed Salah.
The victory over the Cottagers means that Jurgen Klopp's side are now unbeaten since losing to Manchester City on April 1, winning their last five as they seek to make a late push for the Champions League places.
Meanwhile, Brentford (5/1) also enter this match having won their previous outing, coming from behind to prevail 2-1 against Nottingham Forest.
That victory came three days after toppling West London rivals Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, although Thomas Frank's side have only won two of their last eight Premier League away matches and the Reds have not suffered a home defeat to their capital counterparts since 1937.
Team News
Thiago Alcantara is reported to be missing the rest of the season as he prepares to undergo surgery on a hip problem, while Diogo Jota overcame a fresh knock to make the bench on Wednesday and could now threaten to force his way back into the frontline alongside Cody Gakpo.
Meanwhile, Pontus Jansson (thigh) and Keane Lewis-Potter (knee) are facing races against time to return for Brentford before the campaign concludes.
Christian Norgaard (Achilles), Kristoffer Ajer (hamstring) and Thomas Strakosha (calf) all missed those victories over Chelsea and Nottingham Forest and could be set to sit on the sidelines once again this weekend.

Liverpool total goals - over 2.5 @ 11/8
The Reds have scored over 2.5 goals in three of their last five outings.
Klopp's men hit six against Leeds before putting three past Nottingham Forest as well as enjoying a dramatic 4-3 win over Spurs.
Brentford have conceded six goals in their past four away matches, so I think Liverpool could find some joy against the Bees who haven't had the best time on the road recently.
Mohamed Salah to score anytime @ EVS
When Liverpool score goals, Mo Salah is usually sniffing around.
The Egypt international has scored 29 goals across all competitions this season, including six goals in his last six games in the Premier League.
Salah has also scored in his last seven appearances at Anfield in the league, so backing him to bag anytime could be the way to go here.
