There are four cards for racing fans to enjoy on Monday 3rd January as they go over the jumps at Southwell and Musselburgh - while Lingfield and Wolverhampton's respective all-weather tracks stage flat action.
Southwell hosts seven contests from 12:20 to 15:20 and Betfred are providing their Extra Place Race offer in both the 12:50 and 15:20.
A tongue-tie did the trick for Emma Lavelle's Ahead Of The Field as he won with enough in hand at this track on December 12th and the step up to three miles in unlikely to prove too tricky for the 4/1 gelding.
Then in the closer, a mark of 102 still looks a touch generous for 7/1 Kazontherazz and there is enough in her favour to suggest she can win again after getting the score on December 17th at Uttoxeter.
The Free Bet if 2nd promotion makes its first outing for Monday at Lingfield where they host another seven races from 12:40 to 15:40.
That offer is on the opener, a handicap over a mile, and last time out course and distance winner Rainbow Mirage is sure to have a say at 10/3 for Mark Rimell.
On to the second jumps card which comes from Musselburgh with six races from 13:00 to 15:30.
There are two editions of the Extra Place Race - the 13:00 and 15:00 - and another go at the Free Bet if 2nd on the 14:30.
Again, the first race on the card attracts plenty of attention, with the hat-trick on for Lucinda's Russell's 2/1 Diamond State.
The six-year-old and Conner McCann have struck up quite the relationship and the jockey's retention of his 10lb Claimer is hardly a hindrance.
Finally into the evening and there are seven races at Wolverhampton running between 16:00 and 19:00.
The Free Bet if 2nd can be found on the Handicap at 17:30 and a slightly reduced penalty could benefit 7/2 Robbie Roger, who looked decent over a mile at Newcastle in November and is sure to have improved for that run.
