Erik Ten Hag insists Manchester United are not just focusing on Erling Haaland ahead of Sunday's Premier League derby against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium (Man City 4/9, Draw 4/1, Man Utd 13/2 - Match Betting).
Norway international Haaland has been in superb form since arriving at City in the summer from Borussia Dortmund, scoring 11 goals from seven league outings and also netting three times in the Champions League.
The 22-year-old is rightly being sounded out as one of the dangermen ahead of the first Manchester derby of the season at 14:00 on Sunday, as undefeated City look to clinch all three points and cut the gap to table-toppers Arsenal to one point.
However, United boss Ten Hag, who will be experiencing his first Manchester derby, is not losing sight of the other threats that the Citizens have and insists his side are not just playing against Haaland, who is 15/8 to open the scoring.
"I like his attitude, how he is on the pitch. He's direct, his life is about goals - he goes direct toward the opponent," Ten Hag said of Haaland. "I respect him but we are not playing against Haaland, we are playing against Manchester City.
"And it is not about Manchester City for us. We respect the opponent but it is about Manchester United."
